Transcend launched 300x 16GB CF Memory Card

Transcend Information has announced the release of a new Extreme Speed 300X Compact Flash Card in India. he Extreme Speed 300X Compact Flash cards operate in dual-channel Ultra DMA mode 5. This interface allows Transcend’s 300X CF cards to achieve fast read/write speeds. It has been said that the speeds of up to 45MB per second on an average can be achieved. This will enable consecutive shooting and non-stop video recording possible.
An advanced ECC (Error Correction Code) detects and corrects the errors in data transfer. Transcend has claimed that it has used only top-tier SLC NAND Flash chips and premium quality components to ensure reliability and long life. The cards will come with a life time guarantee.
Transcend’s Extreme Speed 300X CF cards will be available in 4GB, 8GB and 16GB capacities. They are priced at Rs. 4,000, Rs. 6,000 and Rs. 11,000 respectively.
