Micro max service centre is the most pathetic service centre i have ever visited.
they believe in keeping ht e phone for a long time and still dont get the required parts please my humble request DO NO buy micromax phones. hardware goes bad after 6 months
well in my opinion the best qwerty phones are micromax (Q5, Q7 & Q75). But my personal view is u have to switch for motorola EX115. Because in the range of INR 4500.00 you can got Dual Sim Qwert Phone with 3.1 MP camera & other preloaded applications. Motorola is a global brand. So you should go for this.
